Easetap provides AI-powered NFC cards that allow users to create, customize, and share personal or professional digital profiles. The Website also provides access to companion AI chatbot features, profile dashboards, and management tools.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Easetap is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Product Orders and Payments

All orders placed through easetap.in are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made through our approved payment gateways.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except under our Refund Policy (see Section 8).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on easetap.in, including but not limited to the logo, trademarks, design, text, images, code, and software, is owned by Easetap.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User Content

By uploading, sharing, or publishing any content (such as photos, bios, or chatbot data) through our platform, you:

Grant Easetap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, and display your content for service operation and improvement.
Are solely responsible for the content you post and agree that it does not violate any third-party rights, laws, or community standards.

8. Refund & Replacement Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction.

NFC Products: Replacements are available only for defective or damaged cards reported within 7 days of delivery.
Digital Services: Subscription or activation fees for digital features (like AI chat) are non-refundable.

To initiate a request, contact easetapcards@gmail.com with your order details and proof of issue.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website’s security or functionality

  • Use automated tools or bots to access or extract data

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

10. Limitation of Liability

Easetap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
