Refund policy

At Easetap, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. Since most of our NFC cards and related products are customized, returns are limited — but we fully support customers in case of genuine defects or damage.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

Replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please report and return defective or damaged items within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

You may request a free replacement if the item received is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Not working properly (NFC tap issue)

  • Different from what you ordered

Replacement Requirements

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo/video proof is required

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging

  • Order details must be shared with support

Once approved, our support team will provide return and replacement instructions.

Easetap will cover replacement delivery charges within India if the reason matches approved defect/damage conditions.


Important Note — Customized Products

All Easetap NFC cards and printed products are customized based on the details provided at the time of order.

Therefore, replacement or refund is NOT applicable for:

  • Spelling mistakes submitted by customer

  • Wrong phone/email/URL provided

  • Design/content errors approved at order time

  • Change of mind after order

  • Preference change after printing/programming

Customers are strongly advised to review all details carefully before placing an order.


Returns Policy

Due to the personalized nature of Easetap products, returns are not accepted after delivery.

However, if you receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 48 hours — we will review and resolve the issue promptly.


Refund Policy

If a refund request is approved after verification:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 6–7 working days

Digital services, profile activation, AI features, or subscription charges are non-refundable once activated.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed because production/programming starts

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.


Warranty Policy — NFC Cards

Your Easetap NFC Product includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the delivery date.

Covered Under Warranty

✅ NFC Tap Not Working
(Card does not respond on NFC-enabled smartphones)

Warranty Conditions

  • Phone must support NFC feature

  • Card must not be physically damaged or broken

  • Issue must be verified by our support team

Replacement card will be provided free under warranty, however:

Shipping charges will be payable by customer


Quality Assurance Note

All Easetap products go through multiple quality checks before dispatch. Defects are rare, but if they occur, we commit to quick and fair resolution.

Please order responsibly — every confirmed order starts a full production and logistics process.
